We, the residents and citizens of the Moradabad area in Chabahar County, hereby express our deep concern and protest regarding the severe deterioration of infrastructure and public services in our community.
Unfortunately, Moradabad has been struggling with persistent and serious problems that have disrupted daily life and exposed residents to significant health and safety risks.
The major issues include:
- Repeated power outages and the absence of a stable electricity network
- Unsafe and substandard electrical wiring, including exposed and hanging wires in public passageways
- Lack of proper asphalt roads and extremely poor street conditions, especially during flooding and water accumulation
- Irregular garbage collection, leading to unsanitary conditions and public health concerns
- Weak and inadequate infrastructure for surface water drainage and sewage disposal
Given the seriousness of these issues and their direct impact on the health, safety, and well-being of residents, we, the undersigned, call on the responsible authorities to take immediate and effective action, including:
- Urgent repair and safety upgrades to the local electrical grid
- Ending repeated blackouts and ensuring stable electricity service
- Paving and improving roads and public pathways
- Establishing proper drainage and sewage management systems
- Implementing regular waste collection and improving sanitation services
- Conducting on-site inspections and responding transparently to citizens’ demands
Allowing these conditions to continue could lead to tragic accidents and worsen public health and social problems. We therefore expect the responsible authorities to address these urgent concerns without delay.
