در تاریخ ۱۵ تیرماه ۱۳۹۹ دادگاه تجدید نظر برای شهروندان بهایی در شیراز به ریاست قاضی کشکولی تشکیل شد وخانم #بهاره_قادری و آقای #نوید_بازماندگان، که دو تن از کنشگران اجتماعی شهر شیراز هستند، به اتهامات تبلیغ علیه نظام و عضویت در گروه های معاند دادگاهی و هر کدام به دوسال و نه ما .حبس تعزیری محکوم شدند. این در حالیست که اتهامات ایشان کاملا بی اساس و صرفا بخاطر اعتقاد آنان به دیانت بهایی بوده است
بهاره قادری و نوید بازماندگان زوج پویشگر اجتماعی هستند که چندین سال با وجود ابتلای تنها فرزندشان به بیماری سرطان، داوطلبانه برای پیشرفت و بهبود جامعه کوشیدند. فعالیت های این زوج شامل مواردی از جمله: آگاهی رسانی در زمینه های محیط زیست، سرطان دوران کودکی، کاهش مصرف دخانیات بوده که هرگز متناقض با قوانین جمهوری اسلامی نبوده است.
تنها فرزند ایشان، دریا، اکنون ۷ سال دارد که بیماری سرطان را شکست داده. اما نیاز به پیگیری و مراقبت و آزمایش مرتب دارد. ضمن اینکه شوک عصبی ناشی از دوری از پدر و مادرش، خطر بازگشت بیماری سرطان و آسیب های روحی و روانی دیگر برای این کودک را در پی خواهد داشت.تمام دوستان و کسانی که آنها را می شناسند بر این مسئله واقفندکه آنها هیچوقت در فعالیت های اجتماعیشان به تبلیغ اعتقادات شخصی شان نپرداختند و عضو هیچ گروه یا حزب سیاسی نبوده اند .
آیا اتهامات تبلیغ علیه نظام و عضویت در گروه های معاند نظام ،فقط و فقط به این دلیل که بهائی زاده هستند، اتهامی منطقی است؟
ما امضاکنندگان این دادخواست، به عنوان شهروندان این جامعه، خواهان توقف دستگیری و محکومیت به زندان هموطنان بهائی، تنها به دلیل دیانتشان، هستیم.

Stop Imprisoning Bahai Citizens Because of Their Faith
On July 5, 2020, in the city of Shiraz, an appeals court for Baha'i citizens was convened, presided over by Judge Kashkooli. In this court, Ms. Bahareh Ghaderi and Mr. Navid Bazmandegan, two social activists in Shiraz, were each sentenced to 2 years and 9 months in prison on charges of "propaganda against the state" and "membership in dissident groups." These allegations are groundless and are based solely on their belief in the Baha'i faith.
All friends and acquaintances know that Bahareh and Navid have never promoted their personal beliefs in their social activities and have not been members of any political group or party. Bahareh Ghaderi and Navid Bazmandegan are a socially active couple whose activities have been limited to raising awareness about environmental issues, childhood cancer, and hazards of tobacco use. Their only child, Darya, now 7 years old, has been struggling with cancer. She needs regular follow-ups, constant care, and testing. A shock caused by being away from her parents will increase the risk of recurrence of cancer and other psychological damages.
We, the signatories of this petition, call for an end to the arrest and imprisonment of our Baha'i compatriots simply because of their religion.
These are the names of other Baha'is who are sentenced to prison in Shiraz: Elaheh Samizadeh (mother of a 7-year-old child), Niloufar Hakimi, Nora Pourmoradian, Soodabeh Haqiqat, Farzan Masoumi, Farham Sabet, Soheila Haqiqat, and Shahnaz Sabet.
